from 1012 reviewsGreat quality. Will make my gardening easier so I don't have to bend over. Could use more if available.
We've purchased 15 of these 17" beds in 3 different sizes and are very pleased. They were delivered quickly and each one is in it's own easily carried box marked with the size and # of configurations. Each piece comes with a plastic film adhered to it for protection that you need to peel off. Each box comes with the support rods and extensions for wider configurations. It comes with a tool for tightening the bolts but we used an impact drill for speed of assembly. My husband and I set up a sort of assembly line to put them all together. They are easily carried by 1 or 2 people. Easy to set out to see if you like the placement. I will be using a mantis for my final mixing of the top layers of content and will need to be careful of the support rods which we inserted at the third hole but it should be just fine. Recommending these to my friends
My husband and I will be growing a garden for the first time in the mountains of Northern AZ. I know this well built metal garden bed will help with our success. Can't wait to get growing. Hurry up Spring!
We have worked so hard getting the garden read from fencing to soil but building the garden beds were the EASIEST PART !!
This raised beds are the best great quality and so easy to put together
We knew this was the way to go after we saw Kevin & Sarah from Living Traditions Homestead as we’ve followed them for years. This was a breeze to put together and the color looks fantastic in our yard. We added black scrolled trellises along the back edge for the peas to climb!
Love this bed! Planning to put green beans in it this year! The gray looks so nice in my garden. Was packaged well. Easy to put together!
Came quickly! Was easy to put together! Could be made in several configurations. I personally chose the largest. This bed will be great for me planting potatoes in this year!
First of all, I did my deep research on raised bets. I had an open garden for 17 years and I wanted something new so after thorough research I came across…VEGEGA AND WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED. THE WEBSITE WAS EASY. THE INFORMATION WAS WONDERFUL AND THE REVIEWS WERE GREAT..
I ordered a huge Supply $2000 worth not including extras that I ordered after and I will tell you the shipping was fantastic. The boxing for the equipment was great. Instructions in every box tools in every box padded great. Each piece was coated with plastics so it didn’t get scratched in the shipping. Out of all of the panels I ordered only one tiny corner was slightly bent but nothing worth complaining, easy fix.
The instructions are easy to follow. You need nothing extra in tools everything that they give you is all you need and nothing more.
However, by my own negligence I put together all of my raised garden beds. I got the light green color, which is absolutely beautiful in the garden. I got the 17 inch high and the U-shaped with two round ones and two 8 foot long ones for a trellis. I ordered the trellis afterwards and, it came with everything I needed perfectly packaged no extra tools needed. Easy to put together but you will need a ladder if you’re short, thank God my husband was 6’4”. However, I have a very huge truck which was parked alongside in the driveway next to the raised garden beds that I just put together. I didn’t have them put in my garden yet They were still dispersed throughout my yard, which is fairly large. After the end of the day of putting a few together I jumped in my truck to run an errand and when doing so I thought I could see all of the raised Beds… BUT I didn’t. I ran over one of my u shaped raised garden beds with my truck!!! . I was absolutely devastated ha ha oh my God it was absolutely flattened on one side. So I went to the website to see if I could order more panels and some more corners etc., and I didn’t find anything in the website saying that I could do that. So I contacted them directly in an email. They responded very quickly and told me they didn’t have any available in the warehouse and that they were going to send me a whole new brand new bed for free. I was not expecting that at all.
I told them (Nora) they didn’t have to do it. I would buy my bed, but they already put it together and shipped it. This is an amazing company and they’ve always been so quick to answer my emails or any questions I have had.
So far so I highly recommend this company. They have a 10 year warranty plus on these and I’m so excited to get started. Wish me luck.!!
And thank you thank you thank you VEGEGA❤️
Love the new upgrade 2.0. Just placed an order for some more beds.
I ordered 3 of the 17" 4 in 1 beds. Im replacing rotting cedar beds. I used the three 4 in 1 and built 2- 3 1/2 x 5. They were easy to assemble and I was able to disassemble old beds and put the new metal ones around the dirt and put the last panel in easily and finished filling. Im looking forward to purchasing more. Just waiting on a good sale. Praying a good mothers day sale. It would make a great gift.
1st season with these beds. So far, so good.
Love our planters! Can’t wait to get our spring veggies planted in them this week.
We ordered our first 3 beds to start in the beautiful blue. You can see by the pictures below how much more room we have to fill. It is a 30'x30' area. We wanted to make sure they were made well. I have to say they exceeded our expectations for sure!
We love how they are built, the 2 supports that go inside (which almost all others do not have). We researched for over a month on different brands and this one kept coming out on top.
Putting it together was super easy, even pulling the plastic protector off. Just start in the corner and start pulling. It took us a total of 32 minutes to put one bed together. The other 2 I think went even a little faster. We are now going to order 6 more as we expanded our whole garden.
We did not use cardboard on the bottom as I am not a fan of cardboard for many reasons. One being so many companies using cardboard will have a print that is not good to come in contact with food. It can be glossy or some other imprint. Instead, we used landscape fabric on the bottom, then filled it mostly to the top with leaves, and then a good plant-based compost from a local nursery. I then added worm castings and mushroom compost and worked it all in. After all of that, we soaked it really good with water to compress everything. Note - It then rained for 2 days so it went down a lot. I can add more compost if I want to. Each year the level of your dirt will compress down so you need to add and amend. Always amend your soil - always! Now we are waiting for the vegetable plants to arrive. We are in zone 6A so nothing is out yet. I have started mine from seed previously but we have no room now to do that.
I can't say enough about these beds. We have received so many compliments and I'm directing everyone to Vegega!
