Free Shipping

VEGEGA offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is not included in our free standard shipping offer unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, most orders within the contiguous United States are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Delays

If we become aware that we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date.

Where applicable, you will also have the option to cancel the affected unshipped order and receive a full refund.

Carrier delays that occur after an order has been shipped may affect the estimated delivery date.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

The date shown for a pre-order is an estimated shipping date, not a guaranteed delivery date.

If there is a significant change to the expected shipping date, we will notify you and provide available options, including cancellation and a full refund for the affected unshipped item.

International Shipping

VEGEGA offers international shipping to select countries.

Please contact us at support@vegega.com before placing an international order so that we can confirm shipping availability, provide a shipping quote, and estimate the delivery timeframe.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs clearance may also affect the estimated delivery time.
