A small bump on the road with great customer service!
We purchased a 17 inch tall 4’ x 8’ garden bed as well as the extension kit. When we were putting the bed together, we realized we were a little short on the hardware. Due to time constraints, I went to the hardware store and bought something suitable. I contacted the company and they immediately refunded the purchase price of the hardware. They were very polite and very responsive! The bed is beautiful and we can’t wait to get it planted.
